The Art of Jewelry Making Perfected

Piaget has been refining their craft and manufacturing luxury goods in the Swiss towns of Côte-aux-Fées and Plan-les-Ouates since 1874.

Their workshops have been producing exceptional pieces for generations. Company founder Georges Piaget always strove to outdo himself and imparted this personal philosophy on his business. This is reflected in every step of the production process, from design to final assembly, and has led to worldwide success for the company.

Superb Craftsmanship + Fine Materials = Piaget

There's no denying this Swiss jeweler's passion for luxury jewelry and the love they put into crafting each and every piece. Piaget uses only the finest materials to produce these beautiful treasures. Find out more below!

Dreaming of Gold: Piaget's Material of Choice

Piaget makes no secret of their love for gold. As expert goldsmiths, they transform this precious metal into objects that most of us could only dream of.

The company's craftsmen work their magic on solid gold blocks to create small masterpieces of unrivaled detail and elegance. Their graceful necklaces, intertwined bracelets, shimmering earrings, and sparkling rings all exude pure luxury and leave nothing to be desired.

Simply Glamorous: Piaget's Diamond Jewelry

As one of the world's most precious and beautiful gemstones, diamonds play an integral role in Piaget's catalog. This Swiss manufacturer works with diamonds of all different sizes. Of course, stones with a higher carat weight result in more expensive jewelry.

Unrivaled Beauty: Piaget and Precious Gems

Piaget is famous for their use of gemstones of all shapes and sizes. Lapis lazuli, malachite, turquoise, carnelian, and sapphire are just a few examples of the stones that make their jewelry so special.

Working with precious stones is an art in and of itself. No two gems are the same. As a result, experts employ a number of different techniques to determine the ideal setting for each individual stone. Different cuts also affect the sparkling interplay between stone and metal.

Tradition Meets Innovation: Piaget's Unique Style

Piaget is more than a passing fad: This maison greatly values its storied history, while also looking for ways to evolve and innovate.

Inspired by contemporary trends, they design marvelous high-end jewelry that's equal parts elegant and playful. Piaget's creativity and superlative craftsmanship have come to define this brand and their unmistakable jewelry.

The Beginning of the Piaget Dynasty

Georges Édouard Piaget founded his first workshop in the Swiss mountain town of La Côte-aux-Fées in 1874. His company focused on crafting precision watch movements and quickly became a supplier to manufacturers of luxury wrist and pocket watches.

In the 1940s, the third generation ushered in a new era of prosperity for this family business by adding refined jewelry to their repertoire. They did so in response to an increased demand for luxury goods.

How much do these creative treasures cost?
